Pre-Requisite:

  • Disable all security programs like firewall & antivirus on Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 as well as on your PC.
  • Your device’s Battery should be fully charged or must be at least 80%.
  • Take all the necessary backups of all possible things like: SMS, videos, Images, Bookmarks, MMS settings, songs, Contacts etc.
  • You have to install USB drivers of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.
  • Use a good conditioned USB port for connection between device & system with supplied USB cable of your device.
  • Enable USB debugging mode. To do so follows this. Go to Settings >> Applications >> Development >> Check this option ‘Enable USB Debugging’.
  • You must install the latest version of both Java SDK as well as Android SDK on the PC.

 Steps to be followed to unroot Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 are:

Step 1:

First of all download following files from this link :

Step 2:

Connect your phone with your PC and make sure all drivers must be are installed correctly.

Step 3:

Boot your android device into “Download Mode” by restarting it & pressing the Volume Down & Power buttons.

Step 4:

Click Volume Up Button and Continue.

Step 5:

Click on Odin.exe and Select the option “Run as Administrator” in right click menu.

Step 6:

Make sure a yellow box shows up, if it doesn’t then try using a different USB port or cable.

Step 7:

Click on the PDA and then look for your device’s stock firmware you downloaded earlier.

Step 8:

Click on Start and wait till the process gets finished. If you get a green signal of “PASS” then it worked properly.
